Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats (not instant)
- 1 scoop casein protein powder
- 1 cup milk (dairy or almond)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Steps
- Add oats, casein, milk and chia seeds to a mason jar or container with a lid.
- Stir or shake vigorously for 30 seconds until casein and chia are fully dissolved.
- Top with berries, seal and refrigerate for at least 6 hours: ideally overnight.
- In the morning, give it one more stir and eat cold straight from the jar. It will be pudding-thick.
