Overnight Protein Oats

Steps

  1. Add oats, casein, milk and chia seeds to a mason jar or container with a lid.
  2. Stir or shake vigorously for 30 seconds until casein and chia are fully dissolved.
  3. Top with berries, seal and refrigerate for at least 6 hours: ideally overnight.
  4. In the morning, give it one more stir and eat cold straight from the jar. It will be pudding-thick.
