Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 pinch baking powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional but recommended)
Steps
- Add banana, eggs, oats, vanilla whey, baking powder and cinnamon to a blender.
- Blend on high for 20 seconds until smooth. Batter should be pourable but thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake. Cook 3 minutes per side, flipping when bubbles form on top.
- Stack and serve immediately with maple syrup, berries or extra peanut butter.
